Group Therapy

Service Description

Come and participate in one of our many support groups. Areas of discussion include, but not limited to family issues, grief and loss, self-care, setting boundaries, forgiveness and acceptance, mindfulness, and conflict resolution. It is designed to treat a plethora of issues ranging from emotional trauma, depression, anxiety, and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) to name a few.
